Footsteps Tuesday Night Classes

These classes are a chance to go deeper in your understanding of God and His Word. Courses are open to anyone who would like to attend, and include optional assignments to work towards an Emmaus Milestone Certificate. 

We run 1 or 2 classes each school term, and they are held on Tuesday evenings, 7pm - 9pm, at CCS 91 Mihaere Drive, Palmerston North.  One night observers are always welcome.

Certificate in Christian Ministry – Internship (CertCM)*

Offered by Laidlaw College in partnership with Emmaus

Laidlaw College offers the Certificate in Christian Ministry - Internship (CertCM) as a pathway for emerging Christian leaders to pursue ministry formation and theological study while serving their churches or Christian organisation. Emmaus is an approved delivery site for this programme. You’ll enrol with Laidlaw College and do your study at Emmaus, In Palmerston North. You can study kanohi ki te kanohi - face to face - in a warm, supportive, community. Take a Year for God!

These courses are also excellent for professional development for pastors, leaders/kaitiaki and teaching staff. You can access each course on a casual basis by enrolling as a non-formal student with Laidlaw College. Assessment is optional for this non-accredited pathway. Discovery Seminars

These are one-day events offered throughout the year on various topics from preaching, to hearing God's voice and more. 

Our seminars are usually held on Saturdays, at CCS 91 Mihaere Drive, Palmerston North.

Online Courses

Most of our courses are available as Online Courses through zoom. A great option if you are interested in a course but can't physically make it to the venue.  Online access via Dropbox will link you to audio lectures and notes from each class.
